Guacamole

This is our recipe for guacamole, refined over many years. It's always a hit. You may want to adjust the amount of Tabasco, garlic and salsa to suit your tastes.

Ingredients

• 5 ripe avocados
• 2 Tbsp. fresh lime juice
• 1/2 tsp. Tabasco sauce
• 4 green onions, diced
• 1 medium tomato, diced
• 3 Tbsp. medium fresh salsa
• 3 large cloves garlic, minced or pressed
• 1/2 to 1 bunch fresh cilantro, chopped

Directions

• Scoop avocado flesh into a large bowl.
• Add lime juice and mash well
• Add all other ingredients and stir well.
• Refrigerage for 1 hour or more.
• Serve with corn and potato chips.
